The Vintage Hotel & Spa Lisbon

It was fairly clean place, staff were very friendly and caring, and I loved my air conditioned room. Everything was superb, nevertheless a few employees were not so nice. The location was perfect, close to a lush public garden.

The hotel is clean, has views to the castle.

Bathroom felt too open and we all would prefer the toilet to be more private. Felt quite exposed !!

I have to say, the staff? Absolutely top-tier! They went out of their way, like when they surprised me with a birthday cake. And the room? Chic decor, perfect space, I practically lived in that comfy bed. Gin and tonic waiting for us in the room, what more could you ask for?

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was well worth it.

We liked everything about the hotel. the rooms are very nice and the beds are great. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We were three weeks in Spain and Portugal and this was our favorite hotel, We stayed four nights and we would go back again and again.

The hotel is reasonable well located, has very pleasant modern decor. The rooms are well soundproofed and the beds very comfortable.

The pool is very small and smells strongly of chlorine so we didn't use it, even though that was the primary reason why we booked there. The gym facility is rudimentary without a full complement of weights and machines for a full workout.The air conditioning did not work in the first room we were given so we had to switch rooms on the second day of our five-night stay.

Immaculate room with a fantastic shower, but the uphill walk back was tiring.

The outstanding service was provided in this first-rate hotel. Fantastic location, large and savoury breakfast with pastries and coffee machine, as example in the bar. Very well decorated room, large bathroom with bidet...

The units are brand-new, reasonably priced with a balcony.

The spa facilities were a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views alongside delicious cocktails. The staff provided great service.

Wonderful hotel, quiet and very helpful staff. Room decorated very modern with great security as well to get to upper floors. You will not be disappointed in room.

Had a blast with friends! The rooftop bar was a highlight, and we enjoyed cinema nights and guest DJs. We took a short walk to the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal and explored beautiful spots nearby. The staff was super helpful, and the mini bar was a nice touch for our convenience.

Our shower didn't work well, with low pressure and temperature issues. It was frustrating after asking for help but getting no resolution. Make sure to check your amenities before settling in.
